On June 27, the Comité FrancoQueer de l’Ouest celebrated its 3rd raising of the Franco-Albertan/queer flag at the Cité francophone d’Edmonton. The event also marked the first presentation of the Hexagone-Arc-en-Ciel Award, given to an organization for its exceptional commitment.
Réseau Santé Alberta had the honour of receiving this inaugural award, recognizing its role in developing the TransÉquité project, which aims to raise awareness among healthcare staff about 2SLGBTQIA+ issues.
Réseau Santé Alberta is deeply grateful for this honour and immensely proud to be able to continue championing awareness of 2SLGBTQIA+ issues in healthcare.
Thank you again to the Comité FrancoQueer de l’Ouest!
